Production Base
Zhuhai Base:
The main factory and three branches are located in Pingsha Town, Zhuhai City, covering an area of 53,000 sq.m. It has modern air-conditioned workshop, three-dimensional shelf logistics warehouse, solar energy energy-saving system, customized warehouse management system and a comprehensive ERP management system. The production scale of sewing machine sewing is 1,000 units/person, and the maximum logistics throughput is designed to be 6,500 units per day. The main products are household products related to sewing fabrics, including various wardrobe accessories, organizers, drawers, shoe racks, shoe boxes, etc.
Jiangmen Base:
Located in Hecheng Town, Jiangmen City, it covers an area of more than 15,000 sq.m. It has advanced environmental protection pottery and paint baking equipment, 1,000-ton stamping equipment, automatic welding equipment, and various other automatic pipe, plate, wire process equipment. There are 400 employees, and the main products are iron-wood furniture, iron-plate shelves, ironing boards, hangers, TV brackets, projector brackets and other metal structural products.
Vietnam Base:
Located in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam, an hour’s drive from Ho Chi Minh City, covers an area of 50,000 sq.m, in addition to the most advanced iron pipe, iron plate, iron wire automation equipment, there are injection molding workshop, sewing workshop, in addition to the main Management personnel are dispatched from the Chinese headquarters, and the base has drawn and trained a large number of local Vietnamese employees. In the past five years, the total number of employees has grown from 500 to 2,000. At present, our Vietnam base is the world’s largest manufacturer of various ironing boards. At the same time also produces various types of laundry, kitchen metal shelves, heavy industrial carts.

We have a complete quality control system, advanced production equipment, exquisite technological processes and strict environmental protection standards, among which the quality control system includes incoming inspection, production line quality inspection, final product quality inspection, and pre-shipment quality assurance.
In order to ensure that our products can be delivered to customers in good condition, we have also established a professional laboratory to monitor the production process of products from raw materials to finished products. The laboratory has professional equipment such as light source box, salt spray testing machine, washing resistance testing machine, moisture meter, microcomputer tensile testing machine, paint film cross-checking machine, etc., which are used to detect color, cardboard strength, washing resistance test, sewing connection strength , temperature resistance, test paint adhesion, etc.
